Ford Basketball Academy is a basketball development organization dedicated to educating, developing, and inspiring athletes and coaches through purposeful training, exceptional teaching, and competitive learning experiences.

Small-group basketball training
Basketball clinics and camps
Academy membership programs

Our goal is to provide a positive learning environment that emphasizes basketball intelligence, skill development, decision-making, character, and long-term growth.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND PARTICIPATION
Individuals participating in Ford Basketball Academy programs must meet any applicable age, grade-level, registration, or program requirements.
For participants under 18 years of age:
A parent or legal guardian must complete required registration information.
A parent or legal guardian must provide any required consent or authorization.
Accurate emergency contact information must be provided.
Any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or accommodations should be communicated before participation.
Ford Basketball Academy reserves the right to establish reasonable participation requirements to maintain a safe and productive training environment.
3. ONLINE BOOKING AND REGISTRATION
Ford Basketball Academy uses online scheduling and registration systems to manage appointments, clinics, camps, and other services.
When booking an appointment or registering for an activity, customers agree to:

4. TRAINING SERVICES

No Guarantee of Results
Participation in Ford Basketball Academy programs does not guarantee specific athletic outcomes, playing time, team selection, scholarships, or future basketball opportunities.
Athlete development depends on numerous factors, including effort, attendance, practice habits, and individual circumstances.
5. ACADEMY MEMBERSHIPS
Ford Basketball Academy may offer recurring membership programs that provide access to designated training services and benefits.
Current membership options may include:
Academy 1
Four 30-minute individual training sessions per monthly billing cycle.
Academy 2
Eight 30-minute individual training sessions per monthly billing cycle.
Academy 2+
Eight 30-minute individual training sessions per monthly billing cycle.
Access to eligible FBA clinics during an active membership, subject to registration requirements, availability, and clinic-specific restrictions.
Membership benefits, pricing, and availability are described at the time of purchase.
Membership Billing
Memberships are billed automatically according to the billing frequency and payment terms displayed during checkout.
By purchasing a recurring membership, the customer authorizes the applicable payment provider to process recurring charges until the membership is canceled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.
Membership Training Credits
Training credits are intended for use during the applicable membership billing cycle.
Unless otherwise stated in the membership description:
Unused training credits expire at the end of the applicable billing cycle.
Unused credits do not roll over to future billing cycles.
Credits have no cash value.
Credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Membership benefits are intended for the registered athlete and are not transferable without prior approval.
Scheduling and Availability
Membership purchases do not guarantee specific appointment dates or times.
Members are responsible for scheduling their training sessions within available booking windows.
All appointments remain subject to coach and facility availability.
Membership Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a recurring membership by contacting Ford Basketball Academy.
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled billing date to avoid an additional recurring charge.
Cancellation takes effect according to the terms disclosed at purchase and confirmed by Ford Basketball Academy.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle a customer to a refund for previously processed payments.
Any legally required cancellation or refund rights will be honored.
6. CLINICS AND CAMPS
Ford Basketball Academy may offer basketball clinics, camps, and other educational events.
Registration for these activities is subject to:

Available capacity
Applicable registration fees

Required waivers and consent forms
Clinic and camp schedules, locations, instructors, and activities may change when reasonably necessary.
If Ford Basketball Academy cancels an event, registered participants will be notified and provided with applicable refund, credit, or rescheduling options.
Academy 2+ Clinic Access
Academy 2+ members may receive access to eligible FBA clinics as part of their membership benefits.
Clinic access is subject to available capacity and advance registration.
Membership does not guarantee admission to a clinic that has reached capacity.
Certain special events, camps, or programs may be excluded from membership benefits when identified in advance.
7. PAYMENTS AND FEES
Prices for Ford Basketball Academy services are displayed during registration, booking, or checkout.
Customers agree to pay all applicable charges associated with their selected services.
Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.
Additional payment processing charges, if applicable, will be disclosed during checkout.
Ford Basketball Academy reserves the right to adjust prices for future purchases, programs, or membership billing periods, subject to applicable notice requirements.
Existing recurring memberships will be handled according to the pricing and modification terms communicated to members.
8. CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND REFUNDS
Appointment cancellation and rescheduling requirements are provided through the applicable booking process.

Missed Appointments
Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the loss of the scheduled session or applicable training credit when permitted by the cancellation policy disclosed at booking.
Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, the circumstances involved, and any applicable refund terms disclosed at checkout.

Ford Basketball Academy reserves the right to provide a refund, credit, or rescheduling option when appropriate.
9. PARTICIPANT SAFETY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Participants and their parents or guardians acknowledge that basketball activities may involve running, jumping, physical contact, and other movements that carry a risk of injury.
Participants are expected to:
Follow instructions provided by coaches and staff.
Use equipment appropriately.
Treat other participants respectfully.
Report injuries or safety concerns promptly.
Participate within their physical abilities.
Ford Basketball Academy may require participants to complete a separate informed consent, assumption of risk, and release agreement before participating.
These Terms do not replace any separately required participation waiver and do not waive rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived.
10. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT
Ford Basketball Academy is committed to maintaining a positive, respectful, and development-focused environment.
Participants, parents, and guardians are expected to demonstrate appropriate behavior toward coaches, athletes, officials, facility personnel, and other families.
Unacceptable conduct may include:
Bullying or harassment
Threatening or abusive behavior
Intentional damage to property
Repeated disruption of training activities
Disregard for reasonable safety instructions
Ford Basketball Academy reserves the right to address inappropriate conduct and, when reasonably necessary, restrict participation to protect the safety and well-being of others.
Any removal or refund determination will be handled according to applicable policies and law.
11. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEO, AND MEDIA
Ford Basketball Academy may capture photographs or videos during training sessions, clinics, camps, and other activities.
Images and recordings may be used for educational, promotional, or organizational purposes when appropriate consent has been obtained.
For minor athletes, separate parent or guardian authorization may be required.
Participation in an FBA activity does not automatically constitute consent for promotional use of a minor's image.

12. WEBSITE AND DIGITAL CONTENT
All original website content, training materials, educational resources, videos, graphics, logos, and other materials created by Ford Basketball Academy are owned by FBA or used with appropriate authorization.
Unless otherwise permitted, users may not:
Reproduce or redistribute paid training materials.
Resell or commercially distribute FBA educational content.
Use FBA logos or branding without authorization.
Share restricted membership content outside its intended audience.
Customers purchasing digital courses or educational resources receive access according to the terms associated with the applicable product.
13. SMS MESSAGING TERMS & CONDITIONS
